Not happy with your purchase? You can return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item must be in original condition with packaging and accessories intact.
- Software licenses, opened consumables (ink, toner, paper) and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Defective items are covered by the manufacturer warranty (see Warranty page).
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 0770 141 1618 with your order number.
- Our team confirms eligibility and arranges courier pickup.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
